Happy Birthday Rene!

Today is my brother-in-law Rene's birthday. Just wanted to wish you a very happy one. I know you won't be seeing this any time soon since you guys left for Disney World today but I am going to post it anyway. We love you and can't wait to see you all at Clearwater Beach on Saturday. Have fun!!!

70th Celebration!!!!

This weekend we celebrated Deedaa's 70th birthday...about three months later. We had a lot of family come into town for the big event. On Friday we had a family picnic at Jim and Georgia's and Saturday there was a party at the Elk's with dinner, dancing and lots of fun. It was so great to see everyone and get a chance to visit. Happy Birthday once again to our dear Deedaa. Here are some pictures from the weekend festivities.

Our Wedding Anniversary

Tomorrow Bryan and I will celebrate 5 years of marriage. I could not have asked for a better husband. He is my best friend and a wonderful father and makes me laugh even when I don't feel like it. Summer Fun

Today the boys and I went to Martha's Park for a little fun in the sun. I am always nervous taking them there by myself since they often have the tendency to want to go in opposite directions. Guess I got lucky today because they managed to play together on the slide and swings and they really had a blast in the water. Thankfully the kept there clothes on at the park. We have a problem with them wanting to swim naked here at our house in our little pool, so naturally they thought they should be the same today. I finally convinced them that all the other kids had their swimsuits on so they decided to follow suit.

Happy Birthday La La!!!!

I just wanted to say Happy Birthday to my sis Laurie. She turned 35 today...my how the time does fly. Thought you might appreciate the "Godzilla in the Blue Dress" pic. What a cute kid who grew into my best friend and a great mother. Love you bunches and I can't wait to see you and Steve and Atticus at the beach in a few weeks.

The Boo-Boo Toe!!

For those of you who have been around Michael for the last year, you have no doubt at some point or another been shown his boo-boo toe. Right after we moved back into the house, which was April of 2007, Bryan was jumping off the steps and his tape measure feel out of his pocket and right on the top of Michael's toe. Well, he had a black toe nail for a while and just about the time that it was finally getting better...we had a piece of moulding leaned against a table and it slid down and hit Michael's same toe all over again. So he has pretty much had this boo-boo toe for the better part of his life. For Michael though it is a great topic of conversation. He loves to pull off his shoes and sock and show you the toe. Well tonight the boo-boo toe is all better so I decided to take a picture of it so everyone could see his nice, boo-boo free toes. Yeah!!!!! Now what will he have to tell us about. I had to put a couple of pictures of Michael and Wilson on here too. They were so cute tonight and were actually posing for the camera. Enjoy!!!
