Linda's Baby Shower

This weekend I hostessed at my house, along with three other girlfriends, a baby shower for my friend Linda. She is expecting her first baby in February and I am so excited for her and Trevor. These two are going to be great parents and it is always great to welcome another friend into the motherhood circle. We had a lot of fun getting ready and Linda got so many nice things. Thank you to everyone for making the day so great.

Happy Birthday Wilson and Michael!

Tomorrow we celebrate Wilson and Michael's third birthday and it is so hard for me to believe that three years have passed so quickly. "Enjoy them, it goes by so fast". You hear those words from people all the time while you are pregnant and after your child is born. You don't really realize how true those words become. I even find myself now saying the same thing to my friends who are getting ready to begin on this journey of motherhood themselves. I remember being so scared that I wasn't ready to take care of a child...let alone two. Somehow we did it. I am sure that I made a lot of mistakes along the way, and I know that if I ever get a chance for a next time I won't sweat the small things so much. So here they are turning three and I am just so excited yet sad that most of those baby days are gone. They are two wild little boys now who can destroy my house in 10 seconds. They are two incredibly sweet little guys who can brighten my day in an instant. They are two little best friends to each other. Happy Birthday to my guys...Wilson and Michael.

Just a couple days old. We found from the beginning that the two of them slept better if they were together.

Probably one month old in this picture.

And here are my wild guys now...Happy Birthday!

Three Years Old!!!!

Tomorrow is Wilson and Michael's official birthday but we celebrated today. Wilson and Michael were really excited about getting to see everyone and having the moo cow cake. Thank you to everyone for making this day so special. We love you all!
